Description: Responsible for representing Liquor products to new and existing customer accounts in an assigned territory.

Develops and maintains professional relationship with assigned customer accounts that result in growing distribution, market share and overall sales of Liquor.

Key Job Accountabilities:

1. Ability to perform the following duties as it relates to Liquor Selling:

Present retailer sales presentations to attain sales and merchandising goals b. Knowledge of products, competitive conditions and market trends and be able to translate into an action plan to grow the customers business c. Ability to recognize, respond and communicate sales opportunities and threats d. Ability to overcome objections, ask for the sale and submit an accurate order.

Ability to perform the following duties as it relates to Off Premise Selling & Merchandising (where applicable):

Solicit, install and maintain floor displays and point of sale (P.O.S.) b. Manage shelf space to company standard c. Achieve retail ad support to company standards d. Suggest and maintain appropriate shelf pricing to market conditions e. Ability to take accurate inventories and recommend appropriate stock levels

Ability to perform the following duties as it relates to On Premise Selling & Merchandising (where applicable): a. Solicit for the pour (rail) items continuously b. Pitch, plan and implement drink features and party nights c. Design, maintain and update restaurant vodka lists and drink menus to feature the Company’s products d. Promote "Vodka” features e. Conduct staff trainings at customer accounts as needed f. Participate in tastings at customer accounts as needed g. Effective use of point of sale (P.O.S.) such as table tents, bar cards, bar kits and permanent signage h. Ability to open new accounts

Ability to perform the following duties as it relates to Managing your Territory: a. Ability to pre-plan sales, territory and account specific objectives towards goal attainment b. Establish and maintain good customer relations to create respect and rapport with those customer accounts c. Contact all assigned accounts on a regular and scheduled basis d. Adhere to federal, state and company regulations that govern our industry e. Follow-up on customer issues and concerns and follows through on customer commitments

Ability to perform the following duties as it relates to Administration: a. Manage account receivables to company standards in cooperation with the company credit department b. Maintain and update sales route lists which include buyer information, sales call times, call back times and merchandising detail c. Maintain accurate and complete sales records d. Maintain a sales and display kit with all the necessary pricing, sell sheets, samples and point of sale (P.O.S.) material e. Supply the credit department with appropriate paperwork for new accounts g. Attend and participate in scheduled company meetings and activities (when applicable) h. Communicate clearly with all in office sales support departments, including warehouse/drivers/merchandisers

Education & Experience: A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) is required. . Must possess a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.

Skills/Abilities: MUST BE and act the part for Health & Fitness
