This is not a typical customer service position. If you have worked in an environment where you
have to make 20, 30, or 40 phone calls in an hour, or a morning - we are not that company.

ask for tracking numbers, to find out if we can produce something in a slightly different size, or
other specific questions. This is a position for an individual that has had some form of customer
contact and does not have any problem reaching out to a customer to confirm their ship date or
to ask if they have received the sample they requested.
This is a position with compensation starting at $18.00+ per hour DOE, with a 3 year opportunity
to grow to a salary of $52K+. If you are not a person who sincerely desires to achieve
significantly more, then you are not the right applicant for this position.
The Position Responsibilities:
The entry-level customer service trainee will be responsible for telephone contact after a 13 week training period. During the first four weeks you will have no outgoing customer contact and you will learn our order processing system. You will observe the workings of the warehouse and accounting departments,be trained in the fundamentals of order processing, and learn that our company ships to every state and many countries.
Once trained, the Entry-level Customer Service Trainee will be responsible for telephone contact with existing and previous customers only, there will be no cold calling. This is an entry level position for a highly motivated individual.
Requirements:
Some college required: 2-year degree is a plus & 4-year degree will almost certainly ensure an interview
Creative, organized, strong interpersonal skills (oral and written)
Highly motivated/self starter
