Looking for a full-time office administrator for a family-owned HVAC company in PSL. Job description includes scheduling, permitting, service contract renewals for existing customers (warm-lead sales calls), customer follow-up, warranty paperwork, equipment ordering, data entry of customer information into Service Fusion, invoicing, organizing files, light marketing such as posting ads on social media, mailers, etc. Must be organized, computer efficient, reliable, good customer and phone skills, and able to multi-task. Construction office experience, familiarity with Service Fusion and speaking dual languages is not required, but a plus for this position. Email resume and best phone number for contact.
