Individual needed part-time to keep 30+ unit apartment complex running smoothly.
Duties include: Recording maintenance requests, small repairs & scheduling repairs for maintenance team, meeting vendors, handling resident matters, screening potential tenants, leasing vacant apartments, depositing rents, etc.
Must be responsive and able to work both independently and with others. Flexible hours.
