Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch and assign jobs efficiently, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-through.
Monitor project lifecycles, maintaining timelines and quality standards.
Act as the primary liaison for customers, managing all communications with professionalism and courtesy.
Keep detailed records of project progress, technician schedules, and customer interactions.
Work closely with the team to troubleshoot challenges and enhance workflows.
Perform technical drawings when requested. Training will be provided.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a dispatcher is a plus.
Proficiency in computer systems, including scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent customer service etiquette and communication skills.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Any HVAC experience is a plus.
Eager to learn and grow within the company as the team expands.
Important Details:
This is not a work-from-home position. Applicants must be available to work on-site in Vero Beach, FL.
