We are a growing roofing company looking to add a couple roofers to the team.
Need to be hardworking and be able to handle the harsh weather conditions of Florida. From the cold days to the super hot and humid days. Lifting bundles of 65 lb carrying up ladders and being on your feet all day on unstable roofs.
Need to be comfortable with heights and climbing a ladder. Hand eye coordination is important. Work fast and safe.
Experience would be great but if you're new to the industry we will train the right motivated person.
Need to have a valid ID and be legally allowed to work in the United States. Driving record isn't important because you won't be driving a company vehicle unless you're a crew lead.
English doesn't need to be your first language but need to be able to speak to customers if they have a simple question, and local city inspectors.
Five to Six day work weeks pay is $15 to $20 a hour.
Must have reliable transportation to meet Crews at hub or at job sites. Hub is in fort Pierce but we do jobs from Melbourne to West Palm Beach.
