Porter exterior cleaning

We have a full time position available with paid time off. Monday thru Friday from 8am to 4pm. Unfortunately no health benefits. Candidate must have a valid drivers license. Duties consist of the following but not limited to: emptying trash cans, picking up trash from the grounds and parking lot, remove cob webs, light touch up paint, spot mop as needed, blow off sidewalks.
