Maintenance man needed for apt community. Needs to be honest, dependable, and trustworthy. Someone who wants long term employment and can work independently and get things done and done to our standards Needs to be able to move appliances when needed and lift lumber as needed. Needs to be organized and able to keep track of inventory. Needs to have general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, truck and tools,and A/C knowledge would be a plus Someone who will work and not be here just for the paycheck.Needs to have drivers license
The position requires on call nights and weekends.(very minimal calls) Prefer someone to live on site in rent free apt as part of income package.
