Here is what you would do:
You would on some days be the leader and member of a small crew of (2 to 4) landscape professionals visiting smaller commercial properties and maintaining the landscape. On other days you would assist a higher level account manager with a larger crew (5 to 8) working on larger properties and HOAs. This position would be the leader directing work and at times assist another manager for the team to trim (weed eat), edge, mow, trim hedges, prune ornamentals, pick up yard waste, use a backpack blower and perform all landscape maintenance services as needed. Must have a valid drivers license and be legal to work.
You would be responsible for:
Leading a team and performing mowing, trimming (weed eating), hedge trimming, edging, and blowing, picking up trash and debris. Working as a part of a team some days. Maintaining a polite, friendly, professional demeanor with customers and teammates. Exceptional dependability, reliability and professionalism.
