Exterior cleaning/porter

We are looking for a cleaning person/porter to clean 3 properties, 5hrs per day 3days per week ( Monday, Wednesday and Friday) . 200.00 per week. Pay is every two weeks. Must have own transportation, valid drivers license. Duties consist of walking the sidewalks and around the buildings removing any trash on the grounds and in the parking lot, blow off the sidewalks as needed, empty trash cans and wiping down window frames.
