WE ARE LOOKING FOR MEMBERS TO JOIN OUR TEAM ARE IN NEED OF A LEAD CHEF / KITCHEN MANAGER!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kitchen Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage all kitchen staff. Foster teamwork and mentorship.
Quality Control: Ensure food consistency, presentation, and taste meet high standards.
Operations Management: Oversee kitchen schedules, inventory, ordering, food costs, and waste reduction.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards in line with local regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with owners, front-of-house staff, and suppliers to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have culinary experience, with a leadership role.
Experience executing in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and inventory systems.
Passion for creative comfort food and diner-style cuisine.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
MUST MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS, WORK IN FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT AND HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!
