We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Short Order Cook to lead our kitchen operations.
1. You will oversee food preparation and maintain quality standards.
2. Manage and coordinate all activities in the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and cleanliness standards.
3. Adhering to quality standards.
4. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards by state health regulations and standards.
5. Proven experience as a Short Order Cook or similar role.
6. Be able to fill a “one person” role that can handle all aspects of running a kitchen, and quality cooking.
7. Have the ability to manage a small kitchen and help grow it into something bigger and better!
8. Proven cooking skills and a strong understanding of various cooking methods. (Spanish, Italian, etc.)
9. Ability to effectively run a kitchen as a “one-person show”.
10. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
11. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
12. Be professional, well-groomed, clean, have reliable transportation, and presentable to customers.
13. W-2 or 1099 - your choice.
