The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and able to support our bartenders in maintaining smooth bar operations. Responsibilities include keeping the bar stocked with necessary supplies, ensuring a clean and organized bar area, assisting with the preparation of garnishes and other drink components, promptly clearing away used glassware and dishes and other similar tasks. The role also involves restocking inventory, maintaining cleanliness in the customer areas, and helping out during live events such as music performances, karaoke nights, and sports game screenings. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
