Job Title : Quality InspectorLocation : The Villages, FL, USJob Type : Contract to Hire (4 Months)Pay Rate : $17.00 - $20.00 per hourShifts Available : 2nd Shift – 3:30 PM to 1:00 AMIndustry : Manufacturing / Precast ConcreteWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team at a precast concrete facility in The Villages, FL . As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality by conducting thorough inspections, interpreting blueprints, and using measuring tools such as tape measures. Key Responsibilities:

Blueprint Interpretation : Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure products meet design specifications.

Accurate Measurement : Use tape measures and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and ensure precision in all inspections.

Quality Assurance : Conduct inspections to ensure that all precast concrete products meet industry standards and client specifications.

Reporting : Document inspection results, report defects, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.

Safety Compliance : Follow safety protocols and ensure all inspections are performed in compliance with company safety standards.

Work Environment:

Precast Concrete Facility : Work in a clean, automated production environment .

Indoor and Outdoor Settings : Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor areas with exposure to various weather conditions.

Non-Air Conditioned Facility : Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications:

Experience : Previous experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role within manufacturing or construction is preferred but not required.

Skills :

Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documents.

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects or inconsistencies in products.

Ability to accurately use tape measures and other inspection tools.
