Remodel/Carpenter/Handyman
Our company has been in the area for over 40 years and specializes in renovating Assisted Living communities in the state of Florida. We are looking for talented, dependable, responsible individuals to join our team. Overnight travel is required. However, we provide per diem and nice accommodation.

Requirements:
Must have dependable transportation.
Must be able to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers
Be able to travel overnight for 3 to 4 nights per week
Have your own tools
Have your own vehicle for transporting tools and materials
Have your own vehicle for transporting tools and materials
Have a valid driver's license
Physically able to do various handyman jobs and ability to lift 50 lbs on occasion.
Preferred Skills:
Cut and Install Crown molding.
Cut and install Baseboard.
Install pre – hung and slab doors
Framing wood or metal.
Hang Drywall.
Build and install cabinets
Light electrical
Light plumbing
A background check and drug screening is REQUIRED prior to employment. (Medical Marijuana card accepted)
