Your 1st total compensation (salary plus commission) should eclipse $100k. 2nd year potential is $150k.
The Roadmap:
- Learn our system by training directly with our license holder.
- Hire, train, and manage techs in Tampa Bay.
- Train visiting franchisees in all aspects of mold remediation/water restoration.
Requirements:
- Clean background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service
- Previous management experience a plus
- Physically fit
- Reliable transportation
