Looking for an experienced HVAC installer. This is a salaried position, plus bonuses. We are a small company, looking for someone who can get the work done correctly, and doesn't need a babysitter. Residential A/C system replacements, mini splits, and duct jobs. If you're sick of working for one of the big companies and getting bossed around, I'm pretty laid back and easy to work with.
