Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction drives us to seek a talented individual to join our team as a Construction Field Supervisor for HVAC.
Supervise and coordinate the installation of HVAC systems in new construction projects.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
Work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to communicate project updates and resolve any issues.
Provide guidance and training to HVAC technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports and documentation of materials and equipment used.
Identify and address any on-site challenges to minimize project delays.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a HVAC Field Supervisor, with a minimum of 10 years in the field.
Proficiency in HVAC Installation techniques and equipment.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical codes and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license,
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
