Sub Contractor Job Requirements:
5+ years residential painting experience
Must have a reliable vehicle
Provides own tools including brushes, rollers, surface prep tools, ladders, staging, sprayers, power washers, etc
History of excellent customer service and good communications
Evidence of self-motivation to complete assigned jobs on time and within budget
High quality results and with strict attention to details and problem solving
Must be Insured professionals
