25+ year old established and steadily busy painting contractor, is looking for experienced condo and single-family home interior and exterior painters for immediate hire.
This is not a temporary position. We need permanent full-time employees, who will receive W2s.
We do not hire subcontractors, or work people under 1099s.
Work week is Monday-Friday 7:30-4, with voluntary Saturday overtime possible.
We offer competitive pay (based on your experience and abilities).
Hourly pay bumps are available to those who have the skills to also work within one of our repair teams (drywall, carpentry or stucco work).
Higher pay available to those who qualify to be a crew leader.
Hiring Bonus, Holiday pay, bonus program and other compensation also available after 90 days.
Paid vacation available after 1 year.
Requirements:
FL drivers license and dependable transportation
Be able to furnish verifiable work references, showing steady work history
Be able to work our set schedule without repeated tardiness or absences
Have your own hand tools and whites (sprayers, washers, ladders, etc will be provided)
Be able to conduct oneself in a positive and friendly manner with coworkers and customers
Be able to produce high quality, neat work
Be able to understand oral and written instructions given in English
