-Knows the basics of painting: masking, surfaces prep, cutting in, rolling, basic airless sprayer knowledge and experience.

In order to work at Total Quality Painting, you MUST have reliable transportation and MUST HAVE the following tools:
-Hand masker
-Respirator
- Interior brushes
- Exterior brushes
- Rolling Poles (2-4, 4-8)
- Caulking Gun
- Rollers frames
- Trays
- Cut bucket
-Whizzy frame
- Screwdriver/drill with bits
- 5 in 1
- Razor blade
All tools must be presented in your first day
We do run background checks on all employees and must be able to pass a drug test. You must also be able to understand English and communicate well.

Starting hourly rates: $18.00-20.50 (opportunities for growth based on performance)
