MIG welder comfortable with traditional metalworking techniques
General understanding of shop machines, benders, and hand tools
Knowledge of old-school tricks and problem-solving methods
Someone who enjoys working with their hands on artistic and functional metal projects, or interested in learning artistic metalwork
Able to work independently in a casual shop environment
Reliable and detail-oriented
