Construction Project Manager
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating all of the activities of multiple job sites.
The candidate should be one that is hands-on and will make the projects their own by taking full control of field operations, running the schedule, and ensuring projects are on time and under budget.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Manage workers, work schedules, project progress and resource allocation
Work jointly with clients and other construction management to determine budget and timeline
Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
Create schedules for workers and subcontractors
Maintain a daily log for jobsite operations, reporting to management as necessary
Direct and control the projects to meet specifications and within the allotted time
Participating in pre-project and pre-task planning activities then disseminating planning details to field crews
Providing training and assistance to crews in the performance of work related tasks
Ensuring crews are operating all tools and equipment in a safe, proper and productive manner
Skills and qualifications:
Minimum 5 Years Project Management experience
Previous experience running 4+ projects simultaneously
Computer literate. Will train on our specific programs
Knowledgeable/proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to answer emails and return phone calls in a timely manner
Should have good planning, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
Understanding of construction equipment, including safe operating practices and signs of maintenance issues
Time management is a must
The Project Manager position includes a company vehicle, gas card, cell phone and tablet.
