We are currently seeking experienced Construction Plumbers for an exciting new construction projects in Pasco County.
DAY SHIFT
$27-30/HR.
OVERTIME AVAILABLE
Key Responsibilities:
Install and replace plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, water heaters, boilers, pumps, water conditioners, and more for water, waste, vent, gas, and air systems.
Perform demolition work without damaging adjacent structures or systems.
Work on-site and ensure proper installation without causing harm to existing structures or materials.
Perform routine maintenance on tools, equipment, and safety materials, and report any defects or safety issues to the supervisor.
Collaborate effectively with the project team, contractors, and customers to ensure successful project completion.
Complete and sign weekly timesheets accurately.
Follow safety protocols and attend safety meetings as required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in tight spaces, including attics, crawlspaces, and trenches, as well as on scaffolds, ladders, rooftops, and multi-story buildings.
Able to work in a variety of weather conditions and environments, including hot, cold, damp, wet, and sunny conditions.
Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including noisy areas where heavy equipment is in use.
Safely use hand tools, power tools, machinery, and chemicals as required by the job.
Must be able to read, interpret, and explain blueprints, isometric drawings, and other construction plans.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in new construction plumbing.
Valid Journeyman Plumbing License or equivalent education and experience.
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and construction best practices.
Must have own hand tools necessary for the job.
