Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-centric, motivated, and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a key part of our company growth strategy, you’ll educate potential clients on a tailored ADU journey — from initial design stage to final walkthrough of their completed ADU (all done in house). Our marketing department will support you with qualified candidates, while your main responsibility is to support the homeowner up to the first design and floor plan meeting with CASK Construction.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads via inbound and outbound channels (website, referrals, field events, cold outreach).
Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored ADU solutions.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations, showcasing our portfolio, pricing, timeline, and value proposition.
Maintain a positive and engaging customer experience from first interaction through customer sales journey, measured by NPS.
Work closely with the design and operations team to ensure accurate scoping and follow-through.
Maintain a robust CRM pipeline, track communications, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed on local zoning laws, permitting, financing options, and ADU trends.
Represent and support with the coordination of company events, trade shows, and local partnerships as needed.
Qualifications
2+ years of demonstrated success in hitting sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach.
Proven success working with CRM’s in past role.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
Team Player with a Competitive Edge.
Knowledge working with Buildertrend software a plus.
Knowledge of ADUs, zoning laws, or the residential construction process is a major plus.
