Job Description:
As a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager, you will be at the forefront of our acquisitions team, directly engaging with property owners to negotiate and close deals. Your responsibilities will include analyzing potential real estate deals, communicating effectively with sellers, and finalizing sales agreements. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth acquisition of properties, aligning with our strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and evaluate property deals to determine viability and profitability.
Conduct negotiations with property owners to secure acquisition deals.
Manage communications and relationships with potential sellers.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in real estate. Real estate license available.
