Position Overview:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, and promoting our comprehensive suite of title insurance services. Your goal will be to drive sales, foster client loyalty, and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients, including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and developers, to grow our customer base.
Develop Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs effectively.
Promote Services: Educate clients about our title insurance products and services, showcasing how we can meet their specific needs.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives by implementing effective sales strategies and closing deals.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position our services.
Reporting: Track sales activities, manage a sales pipeline, and report on progress to the sales management team.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the title insurance, real estate, or related industry.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Self-Motivated: Driven and proactive with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
Knowledge: Familiarity with title insurance and real estate processes is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
