We specialize in mold, fire, and water damage restoration, responding rapidly to property
damage events and helping homeowners recover safely and completely. As part of our team,
you'll help homeowners navigate insurance-backed repairs or out-of-pocket solutions while
making a real difference in their lives.
While leads are provided, your success will come from connecting directly with affected
homeowners, inspecting damage, and educating them about remediation options.
What You’ll Earn:
Hourly wage depends on experience plus 10/50/50 commission split—including 10–15% of the full contract
Typical job size: $25,000+
Just one closed project per week = $2,500+ in commissions

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Sales or construction background (preferred, but not required)
