Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clients with expert advice on insurance policies, helping them choose coverage that meets their needs. This role requires a strong understanding of various insurance products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively analyze client requirements. As an Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in building long-term relationships with clients while ensuring their insurance needs are met.

Responsibilities

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.

Provide detailed information about policy options and coverage details.

Assist clients in completing applications and processing claims.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.

Analyze client information to determine the best insurance solutions.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant laws.

Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate policy terms and premiums.

Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Conduct virtual or in-person consultations

Build lasting relationships with your clients and community

Host or attend events to generate leads

Qualifications:

Active Health Insurance License (Required)

Bilingual proficiency – Highly preferred

2+ years sales experience preferred

Excellent communication, organization, and people skills

Ability to work independently and manage your schedule

Must have a reliable car and driver's license

Skills

Proven experience in insurance sales or benefits administration is preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients.

Bilingual abilities are a plus, as they enhance communication with diverse clientele.

Proficient in analyzing client needs and recommending tailored solutions.

Experience in retail sales or telemarketing is beneficial for understanding customer dynamics.

Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and policies efficiently.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $54,580.19 - $65,730.98 per year
