We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Front Counter Sales Representative to be the face of our business. If you enjoy helping customers, learning about new products, and working in a fast-paced environment, while earning a generous commission on top of your salary, we want to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For:
-Bilingual/ Spanish Speaking.
-Strong customer service and communication skills.
-Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge.
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-Team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Experience with inside sales, order processing and a background in the construction field is a plus.
-Knowledge of Building Materials is a plus.
Responsibilities:
-Greet customers with a friendly "Hello" and acknowledge them even when busy.
-Drive sales by calling customers, building relationships and finding new business opportunities.
-Process sales orders, bids, and payments while ensuring accuracy in delivery details.
-Check customer accounts and AR terms before processing transactions. -Organize customer orders for timely delivery and coordinate with the warehouse.
-Assist in upselling products by informing customers of additional materials they may need.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
-Learn and understand FSM’s product lines, including screen, soffit and fascia, carports, handrails, fasteners, and more.
-Educate customers on product differences and high-quality materials FSM offers.
-Handle product returns, damage reports, and branch transfers professionally.
