Requirements:
MUST have One-Call Closing experience at the kitchen table preferably in Home-Improvement.
MUST have a reliable vehiclepreferably with good gas mileage.
MUST be a reliable personpreferably professionally minded.
MUST be a closer (retail sales is NOT one-call closing experience).
MUST be available to work full time (no part timers, no moonlighters. You're not going to make 2k-3k a week working part time.)
MUST be a sales pro who is willing to commit to success.
3 Day Training. 1st in office, 2nd and 3rd in the field. The 4th day you will run issued leads on your own.
No weekly sales meetings to attend. This is a job for sales pros who can manage themselves with no excuses.
This is a no-excuses, no BS sales job.
Low turn-over. This is not a turn and burn company.
