Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Solar Energy Sales Cold Callers. As a critical member of our sales team, you will generate leads and initiate sales conversations with potential customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for promoting renewable energy solutions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Please educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy solutions and our products/services.
Qualify leads based on their energy needs, budget, and interest level.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
Previous experience in outbound sales or cold calling is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Knowledge or interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
Comfortable with using CRM software and other sales tools.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
