All Florida Yacht Sales is a professional yacht/boat sales brokerage based out of Florida, seeking to expand our amazing team in response to our success, 5-star reputation, and the latest 271% increase in our industry. We are looking for “Go-Getters” to join our sales team. This role is unique and offers an opportunity to realistically achieve financial freedom for your long-term future—all while having fun!
Important Considerations Before Applying -
Boating/Yacht Industry & Sales Experience are NOT required, but you must possess:
A strong work ethic.
Self-motivation and willingness to learn.
A sense of urgency and drive to succeed.
If selected, you’ll start with 10-12 weeks of in-office training (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM) earning a $250/week draw after a two-week probation period.
This is a commission-only position (no base salary).
Licensing Requirements -
Applicants must be able to obtain a State of Florida Yacht and Ship Brokers License, which requires fingerprinting and a background check.
Licensing costs may be covered by the company on a case-by-case basis. This will be discussed during the interview process.
Preferred Qualifications (but not required) -
Bilingual abilities.
Ownership of a truck capable of towing boats.
A Day in the Life of a Yacht/Boat Sales Professional -
Proactively identify and drive sales with prospective buyers and sellers.
Generate and manage leads and prospects, conduct follow-up activities, and build rapport with new customers.
Develop strong client relationships by offering informed and impartial advice.
Manage listings while monitoring industry trends, pricing, and sales.
Handle the entire sales process with professionalism, enthusiasm, and urgency.

Additional Details -
Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, up to two Saturdays/month, some holidays).
Pay Range: $35,000 - $250,000/year (commission-based).
Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay and commission pay.
Willingness to Travel: 75% (Preferred).
