Position: Appointment Setter
Hours: 9:00am-4:00pm Part Time & Full Time positions available
HOURLY + COMMISSION + SIGN ON BONUS + BONUSES + WEEKLY SPIFFS
Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to set appointments for outside sales rep
Tracking daily phone calls
Follow up and answering return calls and emails
Other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and traits in order to perform the job:
Business to business experience is preferred, but not required.
Prior experience in making out-bound calls is preferred, but not required.
Ability to listen, identify a need and offer a solution to a potential customer.
Strong computer navigation and data entry skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude.
Comfortable and at ease with making calls.
Self-motivated and a team player.
