Currently hiring for a part-time field coordinator position to do the following:
-Property inspections (move in/move out).
-Post notices on properties.
-Hang/remove lockboxes.
-Other duties as required by management.
Must have reliable transportation, be able to use phone based applications, and be able to use phone to take pictures of properties. Scheduling varies as it is on an as needed basis. Position is ideal for retired individuals who are looking for work.
