Location: Roof Bear HQ – 4091 AMTC Center Dr, Clearwater, FL 33764
Roof Bear is one of Central Florida’s most trusted roofing companies, and we’re growing fast. We're looking for a rockstar Roofing Office Admin who’s done it all and can start ASAP. If you know your way around permits, customers, and roofing logistics like the back of your hand, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Filing NOCs like a pro
Submitting permits and HOA applications
Performing friendly and informative welcome calls to new customers
Managing project communication from start to finish
Handling service calls and scheduling repairs
Submitting roofing warranties properly and on time
Ordering equipment and materials from our trusted vendors
Scheduling deliveries and job installs with precision
Keeping the office, crews, and customers moving in sync
Requirements:
Prior roofing or is a must
Permitting and NOC know-how required
Solid communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with phones, email, and project software
High attention to detail and can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
Must be local to the Clearwater area and available to start immediately
