Senior Management Advisors is seeking a Renovations Coordinator that is knowledgeable in many aspects of the construction industry. We work with assisting living facilities throughout the state of Florida.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented coordinator to oversee renovation projects across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling trades/services, purchasing, managing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule renovation projects from start to finish
Procure materials and supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery
Serve as a point of contact for multiple facilities
Mange and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Maintain detailed and organized records of all renovation activities, including schedules, purchases, reporting, and invoices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project coordination
Strong organization and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Worked in construction is a plus
