Parent’s hours! Looking for the right person to join our team. We are a condominium association that is in need of an admin assistant to the property manager.
If you have proven excellence in your past positions as an Office Assistant, Office Administrator or another relevant position and have these skills - Good Work Ethic, Friendly, Organized, Goal oriented, Good Communicator and has excellent time management skills than maybe this position is for you.
Paid vacation, paid sick time & paid personal time.
Hourly rate is commensurate to experience
The Position is Part Time (Monday -Friday 8:00 am to 2:00 PM)
RESPONSIBILITY -
Provides support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answers phone calls, schedules appointments.
Assist residents that come into the office.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, data entry, copying, scanning, etc.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS -
Condo Association experience preferred but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and computer skills. (intermediate excel skills i.e. pivot tables etc.)
Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in.
Time Management.
Top-notch verbal and written communication skills with proper grammar and spelling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Self-sufficient, well organized.
Reliable.
