A local septic company is looking for a full-time office assistant with excellent customer service skills and computer skills.
Job duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, scheduling deliveries, invoicing/credit memos, processing payments, following up on quotes and requests.
Our office is busy with phones and emails. Excellent typing skills will be required. Ability to efficiently multi task is a must. Be able to work independently and take ownership of your work. Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and QuickBooks is preferred.
