EAST TAMPA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY is currently seeking a dedicated full-time office assistant in Tampa, FL, with potential for advancement within the company. Responsibilities:
Handle service, sales support, and social media marketing
Manage incoming calls and schedule estimates
Assist job coordinators and field staff with inquiries
Monitor and respond to emails
Aid in client follow-up and administration support
Create sales packets and reports for analysis
Maintain sales team materials and literature
Process proposals and coordinate follow-ups
Manage permits, warranties, and CRM database
Update accounts, calendars, and process payments
Handle computer maintenance and supply orders
Support office building maintenance as needed
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Background in construction required
Sales, real estate, and construction facilities/service knowledge helpful
Familiarity with permitting processes and QuickBooks is a plus
Willingness to travel and climb ladders if necessary
Valid Florida Driver's License and clean driving record required
Reliable transportation necessary
Job Type: Full-time, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
