Job Title: Saw Operator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Saw Operator to join our team at GRECO, a leading aluminum railing company. The Saw Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining saw equipment to cut aluminum materials according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating industrial saws and a strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality cuts.
Responsibilities:
Operate saw equipment to cut aluminum materials to required specifications
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and drawings to determine cutting requirements
Adjust saw settings to ensure accurate and precise cuts
Monitor machine operations to ensure efficiency and safety
Maintain saw equipment by performing routine maintenance and cleaning
Inspect cut materials to ensure they meet quality standards
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a saw operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of saw equipment operation and maintenance
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic math skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
