J&M Aluminum in Pinellas Park is looking for men or women with experience or trainees in installing screen enclosures, carports, screens, doors etc. Pay for EXPERIENCED installers starts at $20hr and goes up depending on your knowledge and experience. Trainee pay tbd depending on knowledge. We are also looking for an engineer or retired engineer to do some engineering for small but consistent and repetitive jobs.
