Litigation and arbitration

We have arbitration and litigation cases pending and require a lawyer with some litigation experience who can draft filings. We have many such cases on a regular basis, both as plaintiff and defendant. While we are located in the Tampa area, we are happy for the candidate to work remotely. Anyone with knowledge of Florida law would be considered.
