If you are the experienced personal injury legal assistant we are looking for, you’ll be self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic, a team player, hardworking and efficient. You’ll have preferably 2 years of experience, although it is not required. You will be responsible for the smooth and effective management of your own case load, under the supervision of an attorney and paralegal. You will have the opportunity of working on cases through all phases of the pre-litigation as well as litigation process, including E-filing documents, medical records and bills management, case investigation, bill reductions, E-filing pleadings, assisting in all aspects of trial preparation, and finalizing the closure of the case. Experience with Microsoft 365 and Adobe are required, as well as typing 65+ WPM.
