We are seeking a part-time Service Technician with electrical and lighting experience to support retail and facility projects across Florida. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson looking for flexible hours while working on a variety of service and repair tasks.
Responsibilities:
Perform service calls and minor repairs, with a focus on electrical and lighting systems.
Install, replace, and maintain lighting fixtures, ballasts, switches, and outlets.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and complete basic wiring as needed.
Assist with general maintenance tasks, including light carpentry and minor plumbing.
Communicate professionally with clients and provide status updates.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or electrical certification preferred).
Minimum 2 years of hands-on electrical and lighting experience.
Working knowledge of electrical systems, lighting components, and safety standards.
Ability to perform light general maintenance work.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends.
