Live-Out Housekeeper (PT)

Salary: $30 - $40 per hour
Job Description:
A family in Redington Beach, FL, comprising 5 adults and 3 dogs, is in search of a trustworthy, dependable, and patient housekeeper with cooking experience. This position involves working in their Florida home for the majority of the year and relocating to their secondary residence in Wisconsin during the summer months. Candidates should have a fondness for and experience in caring for large dogs and managing a large household. The family values professionalism, flexibility, and energy, seeking a candidate for a long-term commitment. Another housekeeper is also employed.
Work Schedule Options:
Monday to Friday 10a -10p
Monday to Thursday 10a - 10p, one weekend day 10a - 3p
Monday to Friday 10a - 7p
Responsibilities:
Daily housekeeping tasks to maintain the home
Laundry duties including sorting, washing, folding, and light ironing
Preparation of weekly menus and grocery shopping
Meal preparation and cooking, including catering to dietary needs such as diabetic meals
Pet care including walking, feeding, etc.
Assisting the elderly mother with daily activities like walking and meal assistance
Running errands as required
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar role within a private household
Authorization to work in the US for any employer
Flexibility in work schedule
Excellent references from previous employers
Discretion and confidentiality
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Trustworthy, friendly, and communicative
Proficient in text and computer use
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
