We are looking for part-time maintenance / general help to immediately. Seeking reliable, friendly, and experienced maintenance worker to support our commercial client. Seven hours per day, 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
Your duties include pressure washing, light painting, light cleaning, and other duties as assigned. Pay is $15 per hour, increased with good performance and customer satisfaction. Must have your own transportation and license. Background check required. English required. Priority given to those living in Clearwater.
