Job Title: Mixer Man – Swimming Pool Construction

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable individual to mix materials for our plaster crew. This role requires reliable transportation and the physical ability to lift over 100 lbs. Key Responsibilities:
Mix plaster and other construction materials efficiently and accurately for use by the plaster crew.
Operate and maintain the mixing equipment on the back of the swimming pool construction truck.
Ensure the correct proportions of materials are used to meet project specifications.
Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites as needed.
Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Work closely with the plaster crew to ensure timely and high-quality application of materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in mixing construction materials or similar roles preferred.
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing over 100 lbs consistently.
Reliable transportation to get to job sites and the ability to manage equipment.
Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and teamwork.
Basic mechanical skills to operate and maintain mixing equipment.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to around 3:00 PM each day.
Flexibility to work additional hours as required based on project needs.
Compensation:
