As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add a motivated and experienced Lead Installer to our team. Position Overview:
You will play a crucial role in getting finished signs and graphics in place. Responsible for using a variety of tools to assemble, erect, and hang signs, ensuring that projects are completed on time, to specification, and with a high level of quality. This role requires a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Perform on-site installation of a variety of signage and large-format graphics.
Maintain an accurate schedule for your projects, reflecting all installation commitments and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with other team members and clients, responding promptly to messages/questions.
Visit job sites in advance to gather necessary information for accurate quoting and production of signage if required.
Safely operate all tools and equipment, adhering to industry-standard safety practices.
Maintain a clean driving record and operate company vehicles safely, reporting any incidents or infractions immediately.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical codes of conduct.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
Ability to stand, kneel, and work for long periods of time.
Comfort with working under pressure to meet deadlines while producing high-quality work.
Familiarity with operating power equipment safely.
Ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperature fluctuations.
Ability to safely climb ladders/scaffolding and operate hydraulic lift equipment when necessary.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in sign installation or a related field.
CDL required. If no CDL must be willing to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Drug Test administered prior to hiring.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Professional appearance and customer service-focused demeanor.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Clean driving record.
Must provide steel-toe boots and pants (shirts provided).
