I am seeking a dedicated, hard working, honest, loyal, level headed, polite, highly experienced Lawn Service Employee.
5+ years Residential Lawn Service experienced required. Must be able to take the heat. Please do not apply if these do not apply.
Must be able to Mow, Weedwhack, Edge, Blow, Spray, and trim Shrubs/Bushes.
Employee must be able to be responsible and trustworthy to work by themselves using company vehicles and equipment if needed.
Work focuses on Property Maintenance.
Advertising is a required part of the job.
Lawn Service, Advertising, Landscaping, Pressure Washing/Paver Sealing, and in the future Junk Removal and Lawn Fertilization/Pest Control.
Most important experience is Lawn Service experience. Everything else I am willing to train.
4-5 Days a week, $120 a day. Half days are half pay.
Guaranteed 2-3 days of work during slow season/ winter. Plenty of side jobs as well.
Possibility of raises, tips, and advancement in the company with excellent attendance, performance, attitude, and time with the company. Days are 7-10 hours. Fast and good work will make days shorter.
I focus on excellent and reliable lawn service in the Summer with the occasional side job.
During the Winter lawn service slows down and more side jobs are done.
Advertising is all year round.
The more the business grows with more customers and different kinds of work the more work will be available, with increased pay.
Absolutely zero tolerance to drugs/alcohol on the job.
Dress code is White Tee with jeans/cargos/shorts/ with boots. Eventually I will give you business tees.
Drivers License required.
Reliable method of transportation/a vehicle is required.
English speaking required.

Responsibilities
Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weed whacking, bush trimming, spraying, blowing.
Be able to withstand and work in harsh weather.
Able to assist in cutting 25-35 lawn accounts a day.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate, take care of, and maintain equipment.
Be polite and respectful to customers.
Be communicative.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
Able to handle criticism.
Arrive on time.
Take pride in your work.
